Best GFX for Intel Dual Core E6600

Hey guys am planning to add a GFX card for my rig.
Intel Dual Core E6600(Not Core 2 Duo).
2GBB 1066Mhz Kingston.

My options are.
1. 6790
2. 6770

Any other recommendations are also welcome.

As for the PSU part am hoping for FSP500.

LOL. I would argue that depends on how much money you have. If your budget is $140 and the 6770 is $100, the GTX460 is $130 and the 6790 is $130, you're probably better off with the 6770. It leaves you with more money for other things. (like a game or two?) Usually not worth spending all your money on the GPU as you'll end up buying another new one in <2-3years.
