Best GPU and PSU combo for £200 to £300?

Im currently looking for a new GPU with preferably 4GB of VRAM as I currently have 2GB. My current PSU is 650W but does not have 8 pin connectors which,from my research,graphics cards with 4GB need.I have looked into 6 pin to 8pin connectors but im a bit wary.

I would prefer to spend closer to £200 but I know that is quite low so my budget can go up to £300 if needed. If my request is not possible then I would be happy to accept that aswell

i suggest get the RX 580 instead, it's much more future-proof, vr ready, crossfire ready, and goes great with dx12/vulkan, although if u compare it with 1060 6gb average performance it falls behind a bit
