Best GPU + CPU + Motherboard combo for around 400$?

I want to play games like bf1 and h1z1 with medium-ultra settings! I only have around 400$ and need to know what the best combo is out there to play these games! Thanks guys

If you weren't going for bf1 I'd of done an Intel build but you'll need the cores for it. Just oc the thing to 3.6 or 3.7 with the stock cooler and enjoy

Above build looks great, just adding that the Gigabyte G1 RX 480 is on cheap at the moment, only $10 more than the RX 470 listed above if you can spare the extra cash.
