best GPU for £250

i was wondering what he best 1060 i could get for that price 3/6GB although preferably 6GB. my current part list is: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/cRGc6X maybe even a 960 whatever could give me the best performance

You really need another 4GB of system RAM. I would get that and whatever GTX 1060 you can afford. GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 960 4GB have the same performance.

Yes you will need more than 4gb of system RAM, also going single channel RAM is almost never a good idea, get yourself another 4gb of ram
