Best GPU for 200 usd?

I have 200usd set aside for this card. Its okay if you go 10 or so over. I need the BEST i can get for the money. I want to play new games on good settings on my 1080p TV i use as a monitor. It needs to have hdmi. The case its going in is the CM Haf 912. Fits 3 fan cards just fine so it should be big enough. Thanks for any help in advance.

Any R9 380 or GTX 960(I recommend the 380)
