Best GPU for 240w psu?

I have a Dell Optiplex 390 MT. The GPU that comes with it is trash and I would like to know what the best GPU to get for it is. My budget is $200

The GTX1050Ti runs off of the PCIe slot ( be sure and get one without the 6 pin PCIe needed). The MTs usually came with a 305W PSU. The card sellls for $150 so you should be able to get a 305W PSU if needed. But generally Dell PSUs are very conservatively rated. It's a 75W GPU, and Optis generally have a 95W CPU limit so your at 160W for those 2 parts. That leaves 80W for the little stuff. Should be OK.

GTX 1030 TDP is 30W. 240 consider efficiency, output 200W at most, may still be ok with CPU ~65-95W. You really want to get 400W PSU if you can.
