best gpu for 3d gaming

Sir my pc spec is cpu i7 4790k.smps is antec 650v.mobo is Asus h81mv-3. Ram is ddr3 1333 two 8gb each. And cpu cooler is cooler master hyper 103.and monitor is asusvg 248qe.sir please suggest me the best gpu under Rs.20000-30000.i prefer to play gta5 or gta6 in 3d mode.also prefer to brand zotac or Asus.or any you know the best.
