Best GPU for 170 dollars? Right now I am going with the Gigabyte r9 280 GPU.

That's the best price/performance ratio by a good margin at the moment I think.

That's comes with an impressive factory OC. It's not power efficient, but if you've got a decent PSU, that's a great buy IMHO.

That's perfect. That Gigabyte factory OC'd 280 is great buy and faster than both the cards linked by @RayWill135.
