What is your monitor's resolution and refresh rate? And, does it have FreeSync, GSync, or neither?
ASSUMING that the intent is to purchase a new card rather than used, and ASSUMING being located in the US, then the 1050Ti is a bad idea only because the RX 570 easily blows it away for about the same price.
For $160 (about $25 more than the cheapest RX 570 I'm seeing, or $20 more than the cheapest 1050Ti), there's a single-fan Gigabyte GTX 1650 Super available.
The RX 560 should not be considered. It generally performs at 1050 non-Ti level, and goes for about the same money as the RX 570.
A hair less powerful than the RX 570 is the GTX 1650 GDDR6.
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 DirectX 12 GV-N1656EAGLE OC-4GD 4GB 128-Bit GDDR6
It's on sale right now at $159.99, which isn't worth it until you consider that the $30 mail-in rebate brings it to $129.99.
Further, I used this code two days ago, don't know if it's still valid, or if you have to be subscribed to NewEgg's notifications for it to be accepted, but code
EMCDPFK28 takes off another $20. At $109.99 and free shipping (in the US), it's really hard to argue with.
