No, the mini is very short, but that is not the problem.
The problem is that the height of the card can not be full size.
full height is about 4".
The only GTX1050ti low profile unit I can find is this one from MSI:

then build a new pc. because this i3 and this case and also ddr3 8gb ram is ...well... it depends in what type of gamer you are. With 500 bucks you can build a powerful pc for esports games. for 800 a powerful machine for 60 fps 1080p

acutally i am not allowed to build a new pc thats why i am trying to find the best gpu for this pc and if there are any more things i need to push this pc to the limit plz tell me.

why not? Seriously tho,you have to consider that with this i5 you cant buy an expensive gpu and play AAA ,thats why you should buy a midrange card. A gtx 1060 6gb will get the job done. Consider buying from reputable brands. Msi/Gigabyte/Asus/Evga :). Furthermore, you will need a new psu(power supply) and we cant be sure if the new psu will fit in this case.

ok i will tell the truth i have a budget that is below 300 dollars or 20000 rupees.but it does not include the psu i will decide it after finding out which is the best gpu for my pc

is it possible for the gtx 1050 ti mini 4gb to fit in my case

Answered questions states that it does come with a low profile bracket.
If your pc looks like this, then it can accommodate the card I linked.

I do not think you can find anything stronger without changing out your case and psu.

Actually, GTX1050ti is a very good card and entirely appropriate for your I5-2400.
