Which gpu is best for i5 4570 (both performance wise and budget wise)

For online games such as : LoL, Dota 2 , CSGO, Starcraft 2 , etc. a GTX 950 should be plenty at 1080p/1440p resolutions.
For AAA titles(most demanding games) , a GTX 970 will run smoothly at 1080p/1440p resolutions.

The GTX 960 is only ~ 10% faster than the GTX 950.

R9 380 2GB gives you same performance as GTX 960 4GB.
GTX 960 2GB is $100 more in my Country compare to GTX 950.
In some games [Battlefield Hardline, Hitman ] you won't get fps increase in GTX 960 from GTX 950.

My problem is I don't live in a developed country. So these offers are not valid for my country.
BTW I was looking to buy Sapphire r9 270x Dual-x 2gb version. Yesterday I came across Zotac gtx 950 AMP! edition which I thought was cool. When i compared both gpus on Game debate .com , the gtx 950 Amp edition was 12% better than r9 270x. But you are saying r9 270x is better than gtx 950 ??

Sorry I didn't mention it properly. r9 270X is just par with gtx 950. Some games [Hitman,Far Cry 4] give you better fps, some don't. But when compare with Zotac gtx 950 AMP! edition, then my vote for Zotac also. That massive Core Clock [1.20Ghz] will give upper hand on almost every games, no doubt about it.
