Question Best GPU for Intel i3 7th gen ?

Monitor:I'm currently using a 60hz monitor but I'm willing to upgrade

You want to balance cpu and gpu capabilities.
I think a 3060 class card would be about right.
You would need a 550w or 650w psu.

I'd possibly say around the GTX 1070 or equivalent mark at best.. one good way to do it would be to check youtube for benchmarks of this CPU and see what GPUs they're using and if the GPU they use is any better than that and if the GPU usage % is maxed at 100% or around there. If they CPU is at 100% then it's bottlenecking..
