Best GPU for my budget?

What is the best possible gpu under $200 either amd or nvidia doesn't matter only performance and reliability does.

Nvidia gtx 660 or r7 260x...I would recommend gtx 660 also if you can stretch another 50 you can pick up gtx 760 but if not definitely go for gtx 660...here is an article that you also can check out http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html
