Question Best gpu for my cpu

So I have a amd fx 8320 at stock speeds and my current gpu is a gtx 970. And my cpu seems to never go over 50% usage while my gtx 970 sits at 95% and I was wondering if I could get away with a 1060 6gb or even a 1070 while I wait for my birthday to get a ryzen 5

I have a 1070 and works well with my 8350 get the best you can afford I got mine off ebay about a year ago £250 just make sure its a good seller.

Does it bottleneck the 8350 though? or the other way around

define bottleneck one component slowing another if anything I would say my cpu holds the GPU back but do I notice it not really ok I do need a new system but its been this way for a long time and it runs everything I need it too so will carry on till it breaks or I need new stuff plays all the games I need it too.
