For that i would suggest you look at reviews. i like my msi gtx 1070. Some people swear by Asus. One think to think about is if you at a time in the future decide to go SLI or Crossfire. You can not do SLI on a 1060. you can however do Crossfire on an AMD card. Also the 580 is closer to your price range. You can get this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125964 in your pricerange. It is a 4gb card.

This is a nvidia is a 3gb card. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125906

I think nvidia cards have higher fps. but the 1gb difference may negate that. These card also come in 6gb for nvidia and 8 gb for AMD

These are just examples in the 200 dollar price range. you can actually get nvidia...
It really depends on what you could afford. Probably with that setup you would want a gtx 1060, or a RX 580. Anything higher then that and the cpu will be a bottleneck on the gpu. with either one of the cards you will be able to play most game at high settings.

These are just examples in the 200 dollar price range. you can actually get nvidia 3gb card for less.

I would suggest going to Newegg and read the buyer reviews.
