Hi I'm a newbie in terms of computer hardware.

I'm wondering if what is best GPU to partner my MOBO (FM2-A55M-E33), ram(Hyper X Fury 1600 4gb x2) and apu ( amd a6-5400k black series) though i'm still planning to buy a PSU since my current PSU doesn't have a 6 pin for a GPU.

Can you please give me any ideas on what GPU, PSU and a good case i should buy? I'm still saving money at this moment though which will depend on what are the good suggestions i can find here :)

If you're planning to keep the APU and motherboard, then a GTX 950 or R7 360 is as high as you should go. Anything beyond that will probably create a bottleneck. With that in mind, a 400W PSU will be more than enough and an XFX TS 430W is an easy recommendation.

In terms of casing, it really comes down to aesthetics and what you need in terms of things such as drive bays. Don't just think about what you need now, but think about what you might want in a few years as well.

Uhm, which one of the GTX 950 or R7 360 is better? and if ever i upgrade my apu to a better a series since my MOBO right now is built for A series will those GPU's still be working well?
and by the way i do have this case right now called "Core Elite" was wondering if ever i get that PSU or other type of PSU will it be just compatible with the case i got? I'm kinda curious if PSU's got different sizes that might not fit on my case.

PS
sorry to ask too much questions , a curious lad here

Only certain pre-built desktops from the likes of Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc. may have custom-shaped PSUs. Everything else will use the standard ATX size. This is the only reference I can find to "Core Elite" and all of these cases are ATX compatible:

In terms of which is better, the GTX 950 is the one I'd go for.

If you are planning to upgrade the APU, then I'd only recommend another APU if it's the A10-6800K and you disable the integrated graphics. Alternatively, you could buy a second-hand Athlon II X4 760K, which offers the same performance and may be cheaper.

In either situation, a GTX 950 would still work just fine; it's only when you move into Core i5 territory that bottlenecks may start to occur.

Great! Thanks for the big help. I was even thinking that i'll be stuck with AMD GPU's as NVIDIA GPU's might have a problem with my APU, because a friend of mind said that AMD MOBO + CPU sometimes bottlenecks NVIDIA.
It's reassuring that now i can push through buying a NVIDIA GPU with my MOBO+APU.

And is it true that Athlon is just the same as the A10 but without the iGPU? because if it is and i'll be having the GTX 950 seems like a Athlon will be a much better choice and a money saver.
