Best GPU for my PC

I have a all in one Acer PC.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Penium G620 2.6 Ghz Dual Core
GPU: Intel HD Graphics
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Model Acer Aspire Z5771

I know its not the ideal PC for gaming but, It is a better PC than my old one. I would like to upgrade it in terms of RAM and GPU.

I know something about external graphics card, exactly what are those and can I use them for my PC?

If that is your machine then you will not be able to upgrade any kind of graphics, external or internal will not be viable.

RAM should be upgradable to 8GB, but for that you will need to open her up and check what kind of RAM is needed.
