GTX 1050 is probably the best video card you could get for the money. A 1050ti would work, but you may not see a big improvement over the regular 1050 due to the CPU

Even a 1050 ti might not work well on a psu that supplies 224w on two rails..

Try replace the cpu with a Q6600 and the mobo with a P45 Motherboard if overclocking. For a GPU, you could pick one of these if on a tight budget :
GTX 760
GTX 1050
R9 270X
Personally i would go with the 760 or the r9 270X
