best gpu for old pc

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core G3260 3.3Ghz/3mb
Memory: 4Gb ( Crucial 2GB, 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-12800, CL=11)
Motherboard model: Asus H81M-K Intel H81(B1)
Current Graphic card: Intel HD Graphics Family
PSU: Power supply ATX, 420w, whit silent 120mm fan

Here are your choices: RX 460, GTX 1050 / 1050 ti, or GTX 750 ti.

I would personally recommend a 1050 ti, because it's the most powerful out of the choices given so far.

You could also go with a RX 460, which is a little lower power, but it will be slightly less bottlenecked by your CPU.

I don't recommend the 750 ti, because driver support is minimal, and the 1050 ti is simply a newer, more powerful version for a little more money.

RX 460 (a decent choice)...
Yes, there are plenty of models under 75W (dont require pci-e power connector). You can also look at rx460. Its a little faster than 750ti and its newer model, so driver support should be better.
