Get a RX 460, they're cheap and those components probably won't bottleneck. Make sure your motherboard has a PCI-E slot for the card. You'll want more ram, too. Grab another 4gb stick.

First I would recommend getting 8GB of RAM as 4GB is going to scrape by. But Honestly, a RX 460/470 should work, if not a GTX 1050 Ti, to at least play the latest games on low-med setttings. Until you want to upgrade your CPU

Then go with a 1050 Ti, they don't use a 6pin connector, it can draw all it's power from the PCI-E slot itself.

Gtx 750/ 750ti or rx 550. Everything faster is waste of money if you dont plan to change your cpu.

Yes, there are plenty of models under 75W (dont require pci-e power connector). You can also look at rx460. Its a little faster than 750ti and its newer model, so driver support should be better.

Here are your choices: RX 460, GTX 1050 / 1050 ti, or GTX 750 ti.

I would personally recommend a 1050 ti, because it's the most powerful out of the choices given so far.

You could also go with a RX 460, which is a little lower power, but it will be slightly less bottlenecked by your CPU.

I don't recommend the 750 ti, because driver support is minimal, and the 1050 ti is simply a newer, more powerful version for a little more money.
