[SOLVED] Best GPU for Optiplex 790 DT

What is the best GPU I can fit into a Dell Optiplex 790 DT model?
I've heard that you can fit a GTX 1050 TI low profile or a GTX 1650 Super in it without a PSU upgrade but I need confirmation,

If this is just one of them 250 W generic power supplies of the old times, putting anything more than a GT 1030 may have unwanted results. Your PSU is your biggest issue right now. Even adding some USBs can be the reason for system not even agreeing to start or sometimes turning off. Check your power supply with its wattage and specs, it ain't happen so easily.

1650 'd most likely (98-99%) work the same way as a 1050 Ti, but the price difference (at least around me) 'd more rather make me save the money for other upgrades, like for a good mid-to high range PSU and a configuration with i3-9100F/i5-9400F. after selling the old things.
