Best GPU for Pentium E 5700

Hi there! I have a Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz processor in a motherboard GA-G41MT-S2 with 4 g of ram and POWER Supply of 300 wats. I am planning to get a GPU, the HD 7770 indeed, but a friend told me it was to much for my cpu and that it will not take out all the potential of that GPU. I will get another power supply if it is necessairy, but I wanna now what gpu will be the best for me in my actual settings (changing the power supply of course)

donot buy hd 5450 that is crap.even you can't run games at low with that. I recommend you to get hd 7750 1gb ddr5.this is best card.you can easily play games at 1366*768.go with it

Is a Bestec ATX0300D5WC de 300w (+12V/19A- -12V/0.8A-+5V/25A-+5VSB/2A-+3.3V/18A) I think is a very basic one

if you can afford then buy new corsiar cx430w psu.your current psu is ok but do not take a risk.buy new one
