Best gpu for q6600

Hello everyone
I have a core 2 quad q6600 with psu of 300 watt (no molex connecters for power supply)
I need a gpu so that i can play games like gta 5 BF4 nba 2k16 cod(new series) etc
kindly suggest a Graphics card according to given situations and with whom i can play all these games with quite good fps
also i have got low budget almost 75USD or 7500 rs

Problem is that a q6600 struggles to run all of those games. It's below min spec now and struggles to maintain 30fps in all of them no matter what the graphics. Also for 75usd you can't find a gpu used or new that will run all of those games and work with your psu.

You might find a used rx 460 for 7500rs, thats your best option but as jaslion said you will be cpu limited

need something round about 7500rs

Yes i know your max budget is 7500 but you said they are 13000 used which makes no sense, they should be cheaper than buying new and they're 8000 new

ok tell me one thing if i buy a 2500 i5 with any 1gb gpu like gt 220 (now this is max for me )
then will it be good enough
