Question Best GPU for RX 1500x

My current setup is asrock 350 mb, rx 550 2gb, 1500x cpu, and ddr4 3000 8gb. I only do wow on pc atm, looking for the best card out for under 160 or so. I prefer AMD over Nvidia but... I have looked at 570 4/8gb 580s and 1060 but benchmarks I have found are similar. Is there a solid best card in this price range, or should I wait and see if prices drop when the new AMDs come out in the next month or so?

If you can wait for some more time, then it would be much better. NAVI GPUs are just around the corner, and these might be worth looking into, imo. Not sure about the price drop on previous AMD cards though.

I like the ASROCK Phantom GPU model though, among all the 4 variants.
