I planing on getting a gtx 660 2gb butis that the best cchoice suggestions are welcome my budget is 200$-250

If you are going to be running ENB mods I'd suggest getting a GPU with more rendering memory. You should be fine with like 4gb. Otherwise the ENB will make the FPS drop drastically.
