Best GPU for the amd fx 6350?

My friend is looking to build a computer and I'm trying to help him but we're stuck on the graphics card. Any ideas? Our current idea is the Sapphire Dual-X r9 280

that is a fine card, you could get a R9 290X if you wanted, but the 280 is one of the best cards out there. you could also get a weaker 960 but as it is more why bother.

So the 356-bit 3gb video card would probably be the best option for his cpu?

A GTX 960 is not weaker than an R9 280. Its a little bit faster and maybe $20 more.

We are worried about the bit rate, but should we be more worried about the GPU's MHz? because the 960 has a bit more

have a look @ r9 285 / 380 prices it is a great card
285 has 2gb VRAM / 380 is the same 285 with 4gb VRAM
280 is a good card too
285/380 has better dx12 support than the 280 (still both run it normally)
285/380 is a little more powerful than the 280

Get the 380 4GB it is better than the 960
