Best GPU for the Xeon E5450 3.0GHz (stock)

I'm looking for a GPU that isn't that high priced and won't get bottlenecked by the Xeon E5450 3.0GHz (stock).

Also i wanted to mention that i'm currently looking at the ASUS HD 7770, if i bought that card at how much of a bottleneck would i be looking at?

My target would be a GTX 1050. You could look at a GTX 1050 Ti but it might bottleneck a small amount. If you want to keep the price down a GT 1030 is a better choice over the HD 7770, a little bit faster but only 30W vs the 80W of the HD 7770. None of these cards should bottleneck except for the 1050 Ti.
