Best gpu for video editing 2013 ?

im about to build new pc for video editing, texturing, modeling etc, i`ll be using 3dmax, abode cs6, maya, which best gpu ?

i got few gpu in my list and here it is:

MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB GDDR5

EVGA GeForce GTX 680 Classified 4 GB GDDR5 ( some says it`s lack of memory bandwidth ) !

EVGA GeForce GTX 660Ti SUPERCLOCKED 3072MB

other pc components:

1:Intel Core i7-3930K Hexa-Core Processor 3.2 Ghz
2: ASUS Rampage IV Extreme "OR" ASUS P9X79 DELUXE
3: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 2133 MHz
4: Windows 7 64bit

my limit`s from $2500 to $2700

another question: dose multiple gpu in one pc improves the rendering, texturing, modeling (time, speed etc) ?

With your budget as high as it is may I ask if you are in the market for a workstation card because if so you will see more of a impact from that then if you get a standard graphics card.

Yea thats all really good, but seeing as its 2013, i would wait for the ivy bridge hexa core or the haswell series to be released, You will be paying the same price for latest technology =). Also ati 8000 series and nvidia 700 series is right around the corner.

if the prices gonna be stable or a little bit more, i don`t mind to wait few months,
but i know for fact the 690 gtx cards are around $1000 same as the intel i7-3960 extreme !

i don`t think they`ll gonna make big drops from $1000 to $5xx for more "advanced components"

SO I thought you were just in the market for cards. So I'm unsure how much money you have left after that point. Also they are comparing older cards I mean you have the k5000 and the quadro 6000 so I'm unsure that is fair.

Here is an example of what you may be able to do. I went with the cheaper motherboard because the ROG boards are more for overclockers and in your line of work I don't think that sounds like a priority. Also you have room to setup more hard drives if you so wished in a raid configuration if you added more drives possibly. Also yes the 680 does not have as much memory bit as the AMD cards they are at 384 bit so when they are saying that that is what they are saying. I went with the 670 because you get the same things you would get out of the 680 a little less performance, a little less cuda cores, exactly the same bit and the 4 gigabyte model equates to around the price of one 680 so I don't think that is to bad. I did not include the ram because I couldn't find this ram kit through pcpartpicker. This is kingstons new line and its a bit cheaper then the corsair kit was the corsair kit was in the 400's

Also, I went ahead and placed a h100i cooler for your cpu cooler the reason for doing so is because if you are getting a 2011 chip you wise a well get something decent in terms of cooling for your cpu. This also allows for ram sticks that are a bit larger to fit within your case.

Also, I put down a blu ray burner in case you needed to burn media giving you the option for a larger disc then your standard dvd.
