I have these to system plz recomned me gpu for these system best gpu for
xeon e5620 & e3-1245,

I want ti know quadro q4000 is best or gtx 760.


I want to use video studio like corel, adobe & vegs.

I suggest you go to the webpages of the software you will use and see what hardware they recommend. Most people here consider 'what's best' in the context of gaming. A card that is best for gaming isn't necessarily a card good for what you want.

Also, you'll pay more for Quadro cards, which is fine if that's what you need. But to take best advantage of those workstation cards it would be a good idea if you have a quality monitor that has been calibrated. It doesn't make a lot of sense to spend more for a card that gives you a quality image, only to display that image on a cheap monitor.
