I had some financial things pop up making me not be able to finish my new build. So I need to do a bandaid fix on my current computer best I can. Yes I know it's not the best but working with what I have. It's an ASUS M32 AD-US 025 series s

I5-4460
16gb 1600mhz ram ddr3
Geforce gt740 4gb
Intel h81 chips et MB

What is best gpu I can run without it being just way too much for the cpu? Also what would be best cpu I could upgrade to in this current set up? I get really lost when it comes to that. Would any i5 work?

Please no "just trash it" comments. I know this isn't ideal but with recent things it's what I have to work with. I'm wanting to start doing some streaming of possible in either 1080 or 1440 if possible. I imagine 1080 is gonna be my best at this time.
