It might be sacrilegious to ask 'what is the best GPU for a non-gamer' in Tom's Hardware, but I'll take the hits.

To make things even more sacrilegious, I don't do video editing either. What I mostly want is the best possible 4K image for streaming media and videoconferencing. I also do some image editing - but not at the level of Photoshop - and, heck, perhaps the odd car racing game (where dropping frames is the least of my problems.)

Any sort of modern integrated GPU should facilitate what you're looking for.

The integrated vega in the AMD APU line would be a decent value play.

What kind of racing games do you enjoy? I'm pretty avid on that front but am also slow :p

I should have mentioned that I want to replace an ancient Radeon HD5600. My on-board graphics are even older than that. I believe I can do better.

In addition, AMD has no support for my card on Windows 10 (obviously) and I'm afraid my card will age out and stop working properly or at all.
