Best gpu to get

Hey there I've been really stumped on what type of Graphics card to get. I got down to three types of 980 ti's. I need one with good cooling, but with outstanding game performance. I'm wanting to run the most recent games at the highest fps possible.

I like the MSI and EVGA cards as far as cooling goes.

I would recommend the MSI 980 ti. It has good cooling and I believe the fans don't turn on below 60 degrees C.
