Best GPU to go with this CPU?

So right now, I am basically a PC noob, and was wondering what the best dedicated graphics card would be to go with an Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @2.9GHz. I currently have an NVIDIA GT710 installed, but correct me if i'm wrong, I feel as though it may be getting bottlenecked by the crappy CPU. The PC is a Dell Optiplex 380 which I bought refurbished on Ebay for £100.

yeah unfortunately you are going to be bottlenecked on must gpus but try this one GTX 560 you might not be able to play the best games but you will be able to play decent games

I'd go with either an RX 460 or a GTX 1050. They are reasonably priced and should still perform well even with the bottleneck. My PC is even worse than this one, and the GPU upgrade was 100% worth it to get away from my GT 610.
