[SOLVED] BEST GPU to pair with Ryzen 3 1300X (Late 2020)

Ok so I am in no position to upgrade my CPU (Ryzen 3 1300X) just yet, and I do not think that I will be doing that anytime soon. I am not a very competitive gamer (so higher than 60 FPS don't matter to me).

I need to know which is the BEST (by best I mean the most powerful GPU I can pain with my Ryzen 3 1300X), from my online research GTX 1060 is the best card I can go for if I want to game at 1080p (with minimal or no bottlenecks in most games I like to play), which is roughly equal to a GTX 1650 super (from the new nvidia cards), though I cannot understand why does my CPU struggle with 1650 super (the card does not get utilized 100% in many games from my online research) and not with GTX 1060 (if they are relatively similar performers).

Then again, a thought popped up in my mind, that increasing the resolution puts load off the CPU and on the GPU. So I am thinking about playing games at 1440p (that'll probably eliminate GTX 1650 super being limited by my CPU). But then I don't think GTX 1650 SUPER is a very good card for 1440p (or even a card that can do 1440p Med with 50-60 FPS).

Now my basic goal is to get 1440p Medium and above settings with 60 FPS on average, should I go with GTX 1660 / GTX 1660 SUPER (if they won't bottleneck Ryzen 3 1300X at 1440p / minimal bottleneck), or should I wait for something like RTX 3050 / RTX 3050 Ti (which'll probably arrive a few months from this day).

I know that my question is kind of confusing, pardon me. But please try to put yourself in my shoes while answering this question. So the final question I'd say is This - WHICH GPU SHOULD I PAIR WITH MY RYZEN 3 1300X PC SO THAT I CAN GAMES AT 1440p 60 FPS (or if it is even possible )

With that VS PSU, I'd stay away from any discrete GPU. If you bumped the PSU to a CX550, you have access to a GTX1660Ti or their ilk, like an RX570(performance wise, not power draw wise). The RTX 3050's will not be favorably priced, mind you as it stands with the stuff we're reading the RTX 3060Ti's are seemingly price gouging.

Well which GPU do you think I can get without messing with my PSU, I mean my brother is using an RX 580 with the same PSU with an almost identical (except Ryzen 3 1200) PC and it's been an year. No issues so far. Pls elaborate if you can.

I've decided to wait for the 3050, if pricing is absurd though imma go with a GTX 1660 SUPER (or something similar). I'll consider getting a PSU, and CPU later down the line (maybe).. as I know that my cousin is running his RX 580 just fine with the same PSU I have, and also a friend of mine is using similar PSU from Cooler Master with a RX 570 (both of which consume more power than GTX 1660 SUPER)
