best GPU under $100

Solution
If it were me, I'd check ebay also. I know in the US, I can get used graphics cards for under 100. For example, the Radeon 7870 2gb can be had for about 80 US dollars. In fact a couple of days ago, I just bought a Radeon 7950 3gb for 116 dollars to replace my radeon 7850. Which you can get the 7850 for about 50-70 on ebay in the US now. They are a generation old now, but would be better than many of the cards listed if they work. Main thing is watch feedback. Like the 7950 I am waiting to arrive, it's supposed to have a year of warranty left, the seller has been on ebay since 1999 and had 100% positive feedback with no negative marks. The only neutral comment was that someone was waiting to get a part to test it, which didn't...

Guys i can't do rebate. An american friend is gonna bring the GPU to india.

I've searched.All the 750 ti's and 260X's are at $150

Lowest I can recommend at your resolution are the GT 750 and R7 260. The R9 260 is the better card of those two in my opinion.

However graphics cards are always falling in price so if money is hard to come by right now you can always wait a little while.

because there is a Rs.2000/$31 increase in prices in india due to taxes, imports, shipping etc.

My suggestion was to look for a used GPU nearby your place or over ebay.in by searching for Graphics Cards. You will find plenty of options. I myself m using an old Asus 560 ti which I got at a nice bargain price and it runs pretty well. I am saying this as you are going to import the item from US to India and you will not get warranty on it in any case. So, why spend that much for an OOW product and still get lower performance when you can much better cards in same price range.

Could you suggest anything at RS 6000- 7000

Or if you go to a 7950 then you can get a little extra performance. Not that I always recommend used, but since you are on such a strict budget, if you are willing to take chance on it, you would basically be in a mid range card vs entry level.

You can find plenty of GTX 560 Tis, GTX 470 over ebay.in or websites like olx.in or quicker at nominal prices. Radon 5870 and 6950 are another good options of a good GPU and should also work fine in the specified price range.

Check: http://www.ebay.in/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_sop=15&_nkw=graphics+card&_dcat=40156&rt=nc&LH_ItemCondition=4

I also saw a few months old MSI GTX 660 gaming in the list with official warranty remaining of 2 and half years with bill etc. That might make a good option if you can extend budget.
