i am going to purchase new gpu for pc

my current gigs are:-

CPU:- i5 4th gen
RAM:- 6GB
GPU:- Zotac GT 610
Motheroard:- Gigabyte H61

My budget is max 20k or less..

Please help me by suggesting some best gpu for my system also suggest me good SMPS..
