There probably isn't a good card for that price that will surpass the capabilities of the iGPU built into the i5-4460.

Save up a bit mate , $80 will only net you a r7 250 or gt 730 which aren't really capable of even medium settings.

Another $20 takes you to 750ti /r7 360 which are 100% worth the extra money.

Save up and at least try for a GTX 960

For that Price point you'd better of just hanging to the hd intel iGPU and save for a 750Ti or if you can an r9 380. Don't spen money on a card that is that price point the iGPU will be better.

The 1050ti was a good choice. I own the EVGA GTX 950 FTW and it does everything I want at 1080p and the 1050ti is somewhat more powerful.

Purchase a used 750 Ti off Ebay. You'll be able to find one for $50 - $75.
