If I am correct then your system came with a GT 720 (19W), lucky to get 13 fps.
Now your mobo is an issue, very cheap and it has a PCI-Ex16 (x8) expansion slot.

This will limit the speed of the GPU so I believe that anything above a 1050Ti is wasted. Good thing here is that it is only a 75W GPU and only needs a 300W PSU. But honestly I would still replace the PSU, low budget FSP model and your power draw is starting to get up there. Because of phenomena of PSU aging I can't say for sure if the PSU is still capable of producing 300W.
