Question Best GPU upgrade from 1070ti

I’ve owned my 1070ti for about 5 year now and it has been a great card but I’ve recently been tempted with some of the last generation discounts. I’ve been deciding between the 6700(NON XT) and 3060ti for around 280 USD or the rx 6700xt for around 310 USD but I’m open to suggestions. The rest of the pc specs are r5 5600 32gb ddr4 and a b550 motherboard and a 750w Corsair psu. I would like to stay around the 300 USD or less price point. I just wanted to hear some other opinions before I bite the bullet. Thank you for the help.

I understand that you want to stay at $300 and lower, but the extra 4GB VRAM for the extra $30 is very worth it. 12GB will have no problem playing newer games at 1080p Ultra, unlike 8GB.
