Best Graphic card for $200

I’m looking for a graphic card for gaming that’s approximately around 200 dollars, I was thinking of 1050 Ti 4Gb but I’m open for suggestions.

So I've done some research on this card and it looks like its better than evga, but how much noise does it make? I saw some people complaining about that.

No clue, I've read reviews where people complain about noise of lots of,components. Ive never had an issue with any component noise
