Hi All,

We would like to build a video wall with 9 televisions (55" inch). I'm looking for a graphic card that can support 9 screens. I found two possible cards (so far) that should be able to to support up to 9 screens:

* AMD FirePro W600 Professional Graphics
* Matrox C900

The FirePro should be able to support up to 12 screens if I combine two cards. Not sure, but I believe the FirePro W600 is able to support UHD resolution. Can I also use UHD resolution when connecting 9 screens?

The Matrox C900 is supporting HD resolution (1920x1200).

I searched the forum but came up with old threats.

Can you please advice.

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Christian

This is an "odd semicustom job" if ever i saw one. And no, they make 'industrial' cards, typically low processing power compared to Nvidia and AMD<, but high stability and feature sets that are more aligned to this kind of role.

The firepro cards are higher performance for CAD and such, possibly not what you are looking for here.

I know you can get matched sets of GPUs from Nvidia for exorbitant sums. Though that is more intended for projector walls with overlap and to make sure the refreshes are synced. Looks like they brand some cards as NVS, but the Quadros can do it as well.

They only talk about 8 displays with two cards at 4K though.

Might just try contacting Nvidia, AMD, or Matrox directly and seeing if they can offer a solution.
