Best Graphic card for Gigabyte G31

Intel Dual Core 2.4 Gz
2 GB RAM King-stone
Gigabyte G31 Motherboard

This motherboard has PCI Express Version-1

Soo can Graphic card like 5750 which support PCI Express Version-2 will this fit in my motherboard.

It will physically fit in the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 slot, but there may be compatibility issues if the card is a PCI-E 2.1 specification card and the motherboard is a PCI-E 1.0 specification board

Ati Radeon 5670 is installed perfectly in my motherboard Gigabyte G31

Cool !!! No Problems.... Just insert the card in PCI slot and then intsall the CD of graphics card. Thats it.

I got Pixel Fill Rate 12.4 and Texture Fill Rate 103

hey there i also have G31 chipset, with intel dual core E5400 2.7 Ghz cpu, 2Gb ram, with most importantly PCI-E V1.0 slot, so can you suggest me graphics card of PCI-E V2.0 that give me the best result on my 17'' monitor??? So that i can play new games too......

Now i have another question......can i run Ati Radeon 5670 1 GB that comes in Pci-E 2.1 bus on my Pci-E 1.0 without noticeable change....

Yes... This Graphics Card ATI RADEON 5670 1GB Fits in PCI Express x 1


I suggest buy ATI 5750 instead of 5670.....
