I am using gigabyte g31m-es2l motherboard, 3gb ram, windows 7.
My power supply unit is 400w
and it has 2 slots of pci-e * 16
I could spend up to Rs5000(nearly 85 dollars) or little more than that :p

Please suggest me a good graphic card

if your stuck on the price range being lower a good comparison to what xtreme5 had for a few more bucks a slight upgrade:

same brand same processor, just more memory and comes with a free game. lol.. definetly still a decent card, Radeon is likely to be your best bet for bang for your buck. check into newegg.com and just look up radeon HD, once you find what you think is good go to hwcompare.com and do some comparing to others you can afford. also hwcompare.com is generally only looking at stock versions, not that brands add much to there cards but they do see improvements from adding better fans or overclocking (which can also be done yourself) or by adding more memory. So...

Decent deal but if you can upgrade a bit from your original price id recommend a 5770 or a 5870.. heres a refurb 5770 thats not too bad:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-ATI-Radeon-HD-5770-V214-001R-Manufacturer-Refurbished-/350579301774?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item51a0279d8e
Id check into this website aswell as this comparison before making a definite decision:
http://www.hwcompare.com/10882/radeon-hd-5770-vs-radeon-hd-6670-oem-1gb/
5870 is even better but likely to cost more, both better then 6670/6870 (just had this discussion earlier)
Its all about what you can afford! good luck!

So just keep your eyes out for that deal! if you dont mind having a used card you can usually get a good deal there.. refurbs are always an option aswell.. good luck!
