Best graphic card for my processor

My PC specs-
Cpu-intel core 2 duo e7400
Mob-gigabyte GA g41m combo rev1.3
Ram-8gb ddr3
Gpu - ***!!!gt 210 which recently left the world
Monitor- Samsung monitor with 1366x768 resolution
I want a highest graphic card which doesn't bottleneck my CPU

I have some options --
Asus gtx 560ti1gb ddr5(costing me only $30)
Asus gtx 650 1gb ddr5 ( costing me around $60 !!! Yes more than 560ti)

I know both of them is bottleneck my CPU but which one do the least 560ti is available to me at very cheap price.

Any other gpu suggestions will be surely appreciated other than those listed above

Yes it will work.

The 560 Ti is quite a bit more powerful than the 650, but older and has less technology. The 650 supports DX12 while 560 Ti is only DX11.

So I think 650 will do good my PSU is of 450 watt cheap zebronics company will asus gtx 650 which doesn't require any power connector works fine?
