Hello, I am looking for the best graphic card that can run on a legacy mobo.

That board can run any GPU, the legacy BIOS is not preventing it from running anything. Only Dell, HP, and low end boards from ECS, Foxconn, Medion, have issues with their BIOS and newer GPUs.

Now as for what I would use with that CPU, a GTX 1050ti or an RX 470 would probably be the most money I would spend on a GPU.

We are sure. The interface for those cards is no different to the interface your current card uses.

No, it is exactly right. Because unless you have the same board has he has your legacy BIOS may not work.

You should make a new thread for your issue, do not dig up and hijack old threads.
