Best Graphic card to do the job

What card would do the job for two displays, displaying mostly text using ASUS deplays, Fx 8300 processor on Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 R5 board, Corsair PS RM650X. Gaming not main concern. I hope to use XFX cards, as never failure using these cards in the past. Thank you. The displays will be at least 1080 at 60 or could be high 144. Need clear text as eyes of not that good.

Is gaming a concern at all? Even a cheap low end GPU can run dual displays if not gaming. Any gaming requirement will dictate what's best. What resolution are these screens and I'm guessing they are 60Hz?

You could just get a passively cooled video card even. GPU is only needed for gaming really unless you intend to do some GPU accelerated work.

You could always change the refresh rates you output to the monitor.
You don't need to output 144hz.

I can output 60hz to a 144hz monitor no problem.
