i have gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard with a normal size case which GPU is best for me to buy for maximum performance without any bottleneck problem

Maybe like a GTX 750 TI. Even that will likely be held back by that CPU depending on the game. What games are you hoping to play? That CPU is going to be below the min requirements of most modern somewhat demanding games.
