What would be the Best Graphic card under $200.00 to pair with i3-4160 and 8gb of RAM.

Probably a 280 or 280X depending on which one is cheaper. THat and the 300 series comes out on Friday so you can get a 380 for 200. The 960 is one rock solid disappointment to me.

Just to give you a frame of reference... I have a GTX 960 paired with an i3-2100 on my HT/1080p-gaming PC. It will often reach 99% GPU utilization during graphics intensive games and generally keeps frame rates no lower than 30 and averages in the high 50s to 70s on a 1080p screen at high or ultra details with 2x MSAA (all game-dependent, of course). The GTX 960 with a hyperthreaded i3 makes a great pairing for 1080p.

I got a 960 (4GB) paired with a 4160, couldn't ask for a better combination.

guys forgot to mention that my Power Supply is of 500 Watts..would this power the mentioned cards...

Yes, that power supply is sufficient for the GTX 960.

Just as wolfshadw said, a 960 would be perfect if you have a 500W psu. Going with something from AMD would most likely require a new PSU
