You're probably looking at a Nvidia GTX 1650 single or LP version. The Zotac GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB GAMING OC would probably work if you need to avoid additional power from the PSU and as long as your 500W unit isn't garbage.

its got a pcie 6+2 pin connector and is 80+ gold so its not trash and is their a better card that could run at 1440p?

Budget?

A RTX 2060 would work with a good 500W PSU and play games well at 1440P.
