Best graphic settings for GTA V

hey guys, I want to ask you which is the best settings for the GTA V for pc. I don't know well the settings , what I must have to high, what I must have to off etc.. my PC isn't the best for this game I think, I know I need one more ram but my mobo can install 2 dimms rams, because it's mini itx and the first slot not working. Also if u think that is good to OC my PC then please tell me how.


Gtx 750 ti geforce 2gb gddr5 oc(with two stock fans)
4gb savage 2133mhz cl13
H110m-hdv
Corsair 450w series
I5-6500 3.2
Monitor l222ws flatron (it's not HD-high definition)
arctic freezer 7 pro
Ssd 250 GB Samsung 850pro (I think, or 750 evo)
HDD 500gb 7200rpm
(The game is installed on the ssd as well as the system)
Windows 8 pro 64bit.
