You don't need a 1k pc or gpu just for PS. An IGPU can do the trick already. This will be fine for PS unless you have unusual requirements. Do you do very large picture? What is the size?

what is your major usage?
budget and country?
You usually consider the build on a whole :)

The use is mostly for photoshop cc.
Budget is $130-$150 and my country is USA.
The primary budget is $1050.

Is there something wrong with the mobo? You got me worrided now :)... The build requires lots of RAM for photoshop, the CPU is 12 threads which Photoshop can not use more than, The motherboard is intended to be upgradeable and the graphics card just needs to be 8gb (preferred) and $130-$150 range. If you see some kind of problem with the build i would certainly appreciate your advice.
otherwise, do you knwo a gfx card thats in the $130-$150 range with 8gb of ram and reliable? All the reviews i read talk about them burning up on fire and frying everything ...

Before you had replied i kinda settled on this card but I am certainly willing to change it out at your advice.
